I made them with ground beef, Italian style panko, an egg, sea salt, pepper, and garlic. It was more simple than I would usually make but delicious none the less.
First I mixed all of the ingredients while preheating the stove at medium heat. After the ingredients were all mixed I shaped them into patties and cooked them for about 7 to 8 minutes each side.
See? Simple. You could probably even us the recipe to make them into meatballs to eat with spaghetti by just cooking them in the sauce instead of pan frying them. Or just eat them with rice and a salad like I did.
