Last week I made Glazed Pork, which I pulled out of another cookbook. Fortunately for you all, however, I changed up the recipe a lot from the cookbook I got it from mainly that instead of using lamb like the recipe calls for I used pork.
First off you need to slice the pork thinly. Then you fry it on medium heat until it browns and remove it from the pan. In the oil and juice you just fried the pork in you add Italian style green beans and chopped green onions. After you fry it for awhile you add back the pork, add chopped garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, honey, and sesame seeds or a seasoning that contains sesame seeds. Stir until the pork is well coated with the mixture.
Then viola! It's a quick and delicious dish that tastes amazing even with just a bit of white rice.
