Book- What If...?

I read this recently and really liked it. It was basically a bunch of short stories written based on different prompts that started out with "What if...?". What I liked most about it is it sort of made me want to get back into writing.

Show/Movie- Pretty Little Liars

Now that I had finished Lie to Me and Gossip Girl I was at a loss for what to watch next. So when Pretty Little Liars appeared on my Recommended Shows on Netflix I decided to give it a try. Wow, my mind was blown. In a way I expected Pretty Little Liars to be a not as good Gossip Girl but boy was I wrong. It's just as good if not better than Gossip Girl but I still think they should have gotten Kristen Bell to be the narrator as "A". =p

Food- Waffles

Anyone who knows me should know that I love waffles. Not only do I love waffles but I love them way more than I like pancakes. The sad part though is that I almost never get to eat waffles because everyone else likes pancakes. At least my boyfriend lets me make waffles as long as I make him eggs and other stuff. 

Beauty- Remington Wet 2 Straight Flat Iron

I've been looking for a flat iron for a long time so I wouldn't have to borrow one all the time. Plus if I don't borrow one all the time I'm more likely to actually straighten my hair. Anyway, I finally bought one and I LOOOOVE it. It works really fast and even though there were some complaints in the reviews about it I haven't had a single problem yet.

Misc.-  Tights

I'm really unlucky with tights and whenever I buy new ones they always manage to rip. This time though I bought pretty good ones and they reminded me how much I love wearing tights! They're so comfy and they look great with so much! Too bad my cat dress is too short to wear comfortably now.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

The Good

• My SkoshBox came this week! Which is really awesome because it came much sooner than I had expected it to! You can see my review here
• Popped chips are surprisingly and amazingly delicious! I can't get enough of them! Looks like I have a new favorite snack.
• My PopSugar Box shipped this week so if I'm lucky I'll be getting it within the next couple of weeks. I'm really excited for it. Hopefully my first month is a good one.
• My wonderful boyfriend got me a macbook! This means my old, busted laptop can't stop me anymore!

The Bad

• I downloaded the PopSugar app on my phone but it's really glitchy. It sucks since I like reading all the PopSugar articles.
• As much as I love cooking I dread watching cooking shows! Why you ask? Because they make me feel like a bumbling idiot with all their perfect chopping and slicing and etc. Does anyone else see it that way.
• I love watching movies but lately there's been nothing good in the red box. Maybe you all have some recomendations for good movies on Netflix?

The Ugly

This government shut down is really a drag. Even though it doesn't affect my family on such a large scale it still gets me down to think about the people being majorly affected by it.

Book: My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One Night Stands

Honestly any book by Chelsea Handler could have gone here but this was the one I read this week. Honestly she's crazy funny. I love her books.

Movie/TV Show: My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho

I haven't really watched any movies this week, except for the Futurama movies on Netflix, so I choose My Girlfriend is a Gumiho. It's a Korean drama that I just started watching this week and it is sooooo cute! I've only seen the first episode so far but it has won me over.

Food: Sea Salt & Vinegar PopChips

The first time I tried PopChips I remembered hating them but these were pretty good. They're supposed to be air popped potato chips and are apparently super healthy, the only problem is like with all chips the bag feels so empty.

Beauty: Instant Warming Foot Scrub by Julep

I finally tried this stuff out on Thursday and I love it! Of course I only got a sample packet but if I actually painted my toes I'd order some. 

Miscellaneous: Booda Litter Dome

I know I have it tagged as a litter box but well it's a dome. And It stops my kitty from trying to bury her business with the wall... and floor... and everything that's not the litter in her litter box.
